Nearly all our people have occupied executive-level positions in the public (including non-profit) and private sectors. From first-hand experience, they know what it’s like to lead a complex organization with a changing and challenging environment. They are able to bring seasoned judgment based on wide experience to bear on clients' issues.
Typically, one of our associates will take the lead on a project, but the leader may draw on the cumulative experience and contacts of other team members, depending on project needs.
